S / Sn3 Modular Group Forming

• Modular Group to form based on a common interest in S / Sn3 'Scale' Model Railroading. And to have a Visible presence in the Austin/Central-Texas Community.
  
• Modules to be based on standards that would allow the group to travel and join up with other groups on a Local, Regional, and National Level.
  
• Meetings to be Bi-Monthly, Monthly, or Weekly based on group's input. Meeting location to be determined.
  
• Each Modeler's Modules to be of his/her design and/or based on a Group theme.
  
• Corner and Special Location (i.e. due to space requirements at a permanent display) Modules to be maintained by the Group.
