Liability Insurance is available for Lone Star Region Conventions, under the auspices of the National Model Railroad Association. The cost for the coverage is borne by the Lone Star Region Convention Account.

Application for the liability insurance coverage should be submitted by the Convention Chairman not less than two months prior to the start of the Convention. The request for the coverage must include the following information:

1. Name and address of the Convention General Chairman
2. Name of the Convention.
3. Inclusive dates of the Convention.
4. Name and street address of the location(s) in which Convention activities will be conducted. This does not include the locations for model railroad visitations.

The request must be signed by the Convention General Chairman, to whom the certificate of insurance will be mailed.
