The Lone Star Region has Auction Registration Forms available for use in the silent and live auctions customarily held at the Conventions. The forms will be furnished at no cost to the Convention Committee for each Convention. Requests should be directed to the Region Secretary, who will see to delivery of the requested number of forms. All unused Auction Registration Forms should be returned to the Region Secretary at the close of the Convention.

The Auction Registration Form is illustrated on the following page. Customarily, the form is filled out by the convention registrant having articles to be entered into the silent and/or live auction, and completed by a member of the auction committee.

The form is relatively simple to complete, and there should be little difficulty or confusion. The white copy is retained by the auction committee, the pink copy is given to the registrant, and the card copy is placed with the auction item or lot.

As a suggestion, and to conform to the forthcoming auction computer program, the "Item No." should be the conventioneer's registration number followed by a dash and the lot number, e.g., 142-1, 142-2.
