Sharon Clayton - Administration Department Manager

• Sharon oversees the day to day administrative functions of the Association
• Budgeting
• Staff Assignments
• Coordination of programs with other departments
• Oversees liability insurance program

Carol Hafley - Accounting Associate

• Carol handles the accounting function for the association
• Verification of various member payments, charge backs, refunds and life accounts

Debi Bennett - Member Services Specialist

• Receptionist
• Tracks down lost or missing Bulletins
• Replacement cards for those lost or destroyed
• Answers questions about tenure

Carol Landrum - Product Sales Associate

• Helps develop new products
• Maintains gift shop
• Coordinates shipping of all merchandise
• Checks status of orders

Gordon Belt - Library Director

• Kalmback Memorial Library - responsible for all aspects

Jennifer Eble - Operations Assistant

• Handles various administrative function of the library
• Writes the "Announcements" column in the Bulletin
• Oversees the distribution of the audio/visual program
